Choosing the right record keeper is often the hardest step. Why We Built This Site

Washington generally allows public access to court records, but access depends on the court and record type. The Kitsap County Clerk preserves Superior Court filings, minutes, exhibits, orders, and judgments. District Court maintains its own limited-jurisdiction files and ePortal, while each city court keeps its municipal cases. State search tools can locate an index or hearing, yet the originating clerk supplies the complete and certified record.
